At Learn Tech, we are committed to providing high-quality training and products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Training Programs

• Live Instructor-Led Training:

  • Refund requests can be made up to 7 days before the scheduled start date of the training program.

  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this period.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.

• Self-Paced Courses:

  • Refunds are available within 5 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

  • No refunds will be granted once significant progress has been made or if the course has been fully accessed.

2. Plugins and Products

• Refunds for plugins or software products can be requested within 15 days of purchase if the product is defective or not as described.

• Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incompatibility issues unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

3. Free Resources

• No refunds are applicable for free resources such as YouTube videos or free downloadable content.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Submit your refund request via email to support@learntech.in with the following details:

  • Order ID or Invoice Number

  • Product/Training details

  • Reason for the refund request

• Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

5. General Terms

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

• Learn Tech reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
